The new location of the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Vienna focused on a contemporary, representative appearance for a modern, growth-oriented state. Since the Embassy were unable to change the building’s structure when they acquired it, the interior design was particularly important. The available options had to be used in the best possible way for the new owners. The concept, developed by BEHF Architekten together with Bene, relies on a reserved, bright design. There are various communication zones with different functionalities.
